This blog is all about Yankees!!! Love them or hate them, they are a great team! The Yankees have a lot to offer to education. In discussing player salaries, student can learn what it looks like to see and how it feels to write figures such as $33,000,000.00 or $22,600,000.00. They can also learn about greater than and less than by comparing the win/loss record - 59(W) 34(L)or the win/loss record of a pitcher such as Andy Pettitte 11(W) 2(L).
Very nice job. I could really see the students getting motivated by this.

Not that I was trying to take anything away from the Twins... I do remember that win... the Yankees can't win them all, however you can learn Math and enjoy the Yankees at the same time!
